Help me, please?

I am a mom of four, I had my last baby a year ago and had my tubes tied. The last couple of days I have been feeling sicker than usual. I have this pain in the lower right side of my back, and at times it hurts so bad I don't wanna move. Then there is the fact that I have been feeling like I need to vomit along with a constant stomach ache. I have been having awful nightsweats with a fever. I have missed my period by three weeks now. Also, I feel dizzy and lightheaded and my vision is somewhat blurred. I sleep anywhere from 6-9 hours a night. what could possibly be wrong with me?

It could be your gall bladder too.  For that you need to have an ultra sound.  If you have to have it removed, it's an easy out-patient procedure.
