Help me please :((

I noticed irritation in my vagina this morning with thick white discharge and itching and I thought it was a yeast infection but now just surrounding the hole the skin looks like there's a bunch of bumps that look almost like tags and inside there are small white spots.. I'm terrified to tell my mom for fear of it being an std. What could it be? Yes I know I need to go to the doctor but should I to to the hospital?

Sexually transmitted diseases or infections can still be passed from oral sex. If he used his hands at all, there may have been something on them too. You need to get checked out by a professional regardless at this point.

We didn't have sex. He just performed Oral on me. Is there still a big chance that it's an std or sti? I mean I do go to the gym and I run quite a lot and I don't  ever change out of my clothes right away and I always wear leggings so that's a possibility as well

I would be concerned about this if I were you. This does not sound like a yeast infection as that type of infections doesn't cause the "bumps and tags" like you're describing, unless it's a HORRIBLE yeast infection that has been left untreated for weeks or even months. You can Google some STI/STD images to get an idea of what you may have. Also Google images about stages of yeast infections and untreated yeast infections. Multiple diseases can get passed on from oral sex. Schedule to see a Gynecologist as they'll be far more helpful than a general family practitioner in this area of expertise. If you're too afraid to tell your mom, go into a Planned Parenthood to be checked out by one of their Gynecologists.

It may be very difficult for you now, but trust me.  Talk your mom into taking you to the doctor. your body is important, your overall health is important and you deserve to know for sure. You may be allergic to the brand of condoms that were used. Or like it was stated you may have a terrible yeast infection.  They are HORRIBLE.

so you don't think it was from sex and it's not a disease? I didn't have unprotected sex but I did receive oral sex. I know you're not a doctor but Im clueless and scared.

Most likely it IS a bad yeast infection  Your mom can take you to the doctor for medication.  If you are young, you should be properly diagnosed by a doctor but this sounds fungal.  Ask your mom to help you .  good luck
