Help please, could use from suggestions!

I have not be diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer but I would really like some advice, I know you can't give me medical advice but maybe I can get some suggestions. I am going to try and give you as much background info as possible.
I am 24. I have two children age almost 5 and just turned 2. I had the Mirena IUD put in Oct.2007 and Removed June 2009. I have no previous history of cysts, etc.
So basically I have been having a pain in my right lower side for a YEAR or very close to a year. It is constant and some days hurt more then others. I figured maybe the IUD was causing it but the pain has continued even with it removed.
I have to pee a lot, I do not leak, I just feel the urge to pee ALL THE TIME, I pee 4-6x a night, and I go every 30minutes throughout the day, and even after I go pee I still feel pressure like maybe my bladder isn't empty all the way.
I have gained weight.
Past 6months or so, I have constipation 90% of the time.
The past few weeks I feel nauseous just a tiny bit and its usually after I eat anything, but not enough to make me sick.
I went to the Er a few weeks ago and was lucky enough for them to do a ultrasound on top of my stomach , although the doctor ordered a transvaginal, but that is another story, So anyway the dr tells me I have a 2cm cyst on my right ovary. She didn't tell me what kind. She asked if I needed any pain medication and I told her no, and she asked if I was sure, so I said I will take some Ibuprofen. So I got the 800mg Ibuprofen.
I went to the hospital and had them give me copies of records.

Have any of you had this kind of experience and it ended up being Ovarian Cancer?
I am attaching a picture of my right ovary from the ultrasound.
Does it look like a simple cyst or more from personal experience? Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I understand, most cysts in younger women come and go with your menstrual period and are not malignant.

It seems to me that you should be seeing a gynecologist as soon as possible for more information.

you might want to get your blood sugar tested, is there diabetus in your family? also I have heard that IUD's can cause irratation of the bladder and sometimes form adhesion like filiments, bodies way of trying to take care of any foreign object.
