Sounds to me like you need to go to a good bra shop.  Get properly measured and get the appropriate bra that you will feel comfortable with.   There are lots to choose from.

If you have small bosoms then you may just get away with not wearing a bra as long as you wear thick clothing and something that is not see through so that your nipples do not protrude are can be seen through the garment when you are at work.   At home, you can do what you wish and not worry about things.

The problem though if the bosom is of a generous size is that they can start to sag sooner than later.    There is no rule that anyone should wear a bra, but it is not very appealing when a huge bosom is sagging.  This will happen as we age anyway.  A bra is actually worn to support the bosom.

You will probably find the cotton fabric bras with wide shoulder straps more comfortable and ones without wires.  Sometimes the wires start to stick out and dig into the body.

Go to a good bra shop and ask to me measured and properly fitted so that you get the correct bra size.  Once you know your correct chest and cup size, you can then look at the bras that appeal to you, try them on and see if they fit and how you feel.

Hope that helps.

I'm trying to understand what you are looking for here.  Are your breasts tender?

Hi there.  Well, that might be a problem.  In today' society, wearing a bra is pretty standard for being socially acceptable or professional in a work environment. What's wrong with a bra?  What is the issue?  What is making you uncomfortable?  Have you tried any wireless sports bras?
