Help with BC.

Okay...where to start.. I've been on a few bc's. The first one I was ever on was Yasmin. Yasmin was great for me and I was HAPPY all of the time. nothing could get me down... until I started having Chronic yeast infections. And they sucked. So then I tried ortho tri cyclin lo. That didnt work either. Still yeast infections PLUS major bitchiness. Then I was switched to Mircette. From what I recall with Mircette was still yeast infections. Now I am currently on Seasonale. NO YEAST INFECTIONS AT all. It's great in that aspect. The only problem that I am now having is MAJOR pimples. And I've also noticed those cyst like pimples around my jaw line. I have never had these kind in my life and I think its due to this Seasonale. It sucks bad. Really bad. And I've also noticed irritability and moodiness and of course breakthrough bleeding and thats no fun either because the purpose is to not have a period for 3 months. Really I feel like my body needs that period once a month the way it is supposed to happen by nature. Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to get down to is what birth control would help with the pimples/acne plus with having no yeast infections. Because right now thats the ONLY thing I REALLY love about seasonale NO yeast infections... any suggestions? Thanks. Also, I do take culturelle and eat yougurt everyday and drink lots and lots of water at least 4 even though I know it should be 8...so maybe that has also helped with not getting yeat infections..but at the same time i dont want to risk being put on yasmin again and have those terrible yeast infections....and I cant risk and more underground cystic pimples im already on antibiotics for that (doxycycline) plus yeast infections pills so there isnt any chance of me getting infections....but what to do about BC?? Do I just have to choose acne or yeast infections? so frusterated!

Have you directly related the prevalence of yeast infections to the birth control, or is this just a casual observation?  I don't think that the two are related, and you don't have any hard evidence to suggest it, especially with dietary changes, which I think are far more likely to influence whether or not you have yeast.

Why not switch back to Yasmin and see?  It really couldn't hurt, and if you are displeased with your face and moods, it's at least worth a second try.
