Help with the mirena

I've had the mirena for about 3yrs now. First year or so was like a gift from god. No periods no issues, life was great! Soon after I kept getting bloated like I was 9 months pregnant. To the point people would ask when I was due. Boy or girl?. I started feeling over tired, always exhausted to the point I would sleep all night and nap off and on all day. As a stay at home mom of three I understand I have a busy day.. But it's crazy to sleep 9pm till 8 am and nap off and on during the day. I started getting moody, than rather depressed but I have no real reason to feel the emotions I do . I have a wonderful life . 3 healthy beautiful babies. Wonderful hubby. Yea sure the normal daily stress but not anything to feel so depressed about, than my hubby kept saying what's with all these mood swings, you need to be check for bipolar you happy, sad . He's like I love you but I can't walk around on egg shells anymore. It hurt me to hear that because I didn't realize I was that bad . I lost my sex drive also, I've read a lot of these types of symptoms are normal. Or at least others have experienced them. Now, I've never in my life had a bladder infection until 2 years into this Iud along with all this other stuff. I was getting them almost every other month sometimes every two . I never second guessed it just went with my doctors orders, now I've been suffering from one for two weeks straight right now , back pain all over lower back, light red blood when I pee and wipe only. Cramping and feeling so tired and sick to my tummy, I'm not hungry. And I'm starting to
Wonder how someone can suffer from all these bladder infections... 2 weeks and not feeling any better? I've to had many pregnancy tests all neg. none done by blood. I feel like a complete mess... Anyone ever experience this type of stuff? I also suffer from over active thyroid... Could this have anything to do with any of this ?

Do you drink or eat a lot of caffeine? I would get horrible infections and felt the same way. Everything was running through me too. Even passed out a few times. It could be possible that you do have kidney problems and it is not processing the sugar and caffeine right.

Let me know how everything with the ultrasound goes.

Thank you for the response, I'm rather miserable. I went to the doctor on wed. She stated that it looks like its in the right place. However , she is sending me to have a altrosound on Monday.
She states she thinks its kidney infection... However I'm unsure how that possible..
I went to urgent care about 17 days ago they said bladder infection sent the urine away. Took meds for 7 days and than 2 days later didnt feel better went back different urgent care they stated my urine was clear fine. Also told me that my tests from before wasn't a bladder infection either... Hmm... I'm really nervous about it being something with the mirena.. I'm going on my 3rd year of it. I have the worst shakes, and cramps in the front button area of my stomach. My back lower and pretty much to my shoulder blades feel like I'm stiff. Not so much pain just discomfiting as If I slept on the floor. And I'm over tired, feel like I could sleep day and night and if I didnt have three babies to tend to I more than likely would. Seems like everything I eat gos right through me, so I stay real close to the bathroom ... This is miserable :(

Right now there are many lawsuits on the mirena. It causes a lot of different problems. I had to have mine taken out about a year two years because it had embedded into my uterus. Ask your Dr to check it for you, and here is a website that can tell you more about the negativities of it. http://www.yourlawyer.com/topics/overview/Mirena-IUD
