Hemoglobin slightly elevated

I recently had some blood work done where my Hemoglobin levels were 15.2, 15.3 and 15.6 (she tested me three different days). RBC count was slightly elevated at 5.02 during one of the tests, otherwise it was in normal range. All other values were in normal range as well. She is referring me to a hematologist and now I am worried. She doesn't feel it is of worry, but I can't help but think about it constantly. I'm 29 years old. Do not smoke and do not live in high altitude. I am 11 months post partum and am still breastfeeding, but i have not seen online anywhere where hormones or breastfeeding can cause these elevations. Any advice would be appreciated!
