The bleeding could be because of the effects of the birth control but if the cyst bleeds you won't see its effects externally

I have the same thing but I have it on and off. I am currently experiencing the same thing. I have been bleeding for 3 weeks now and I am starting to really feel the effects of the blood loss. Be careful because you can become anemic. I would find out if your doctor has an on call assitant who could see you. The ER is not the place to go because they normally do not treat gyno problems.
Good luck
