High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion

Anyone have any advice on how quickly this should be acted on:  

High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion with features suspicious for invasion.

I saw the report today.  GP said this time have to take very serious....... because everytime they stuff up either my tests or the results.  Don't know is this time the same?  Could that be the 2 yearly normal routine pap smear test turn out like the following, all in a sudden?  Very suspicious!

Result :  Possible High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL)
Specific Diagnosis :   The findings encompass possible CIN 2/3.
Endocervical component: Not Identified.

I just got an abnormal Pap and have the same problem. The sooner you get a Colposcopy (biopsy) the sooner you know if it is cancerous or not. I currently don't have insurance so I'm kind of screwed right now.
