Horrible problem around ovulation, can't find advice anywhere.

I suffer from persistent sexual arousal syndrome.  I only get this when I am near ovulation.  It's where I feel constantly sexually aroused and my clit throbs and there is nothing I can do about it.  It ceases once I have actually ovulated.  The worst of this problem lasts around 2 days but I have it all in all for about 5 days a month.  When it is there it feels almost debilitating and it's worse than any type of pain because no medication that will help. I have literally thought about burning my clit with a lighter just to make it stop.  I just can't deal with this problem.  At the moment I am TTC and had only been TTC for 2 cycles when I became pregnant.  I did however just have an early miscarriage and I can tell I am going to ovulate again soon because the problem has come back as of today.  I am 28 and have had this problem since my early 20s.  I was on the pill for years, though.  I can't seem to find much information about this problem.  All the internet searches suggest that people think it's just some kind of joke to have to live with this.
