Hot flash, tachycardia in a young adult

I am a 20yo Female. In December, I had a few weeks where I was very nauseous. These symptoms generally subsided however:
-I now am always hot, and sometimes experience more intense hot flashes (this had never happened before, I used to always be cold)
-I often feel like my heart is pounding and my resting HR is around 105 (I am an athlete - I had never seen it higher than 74 before this)
-I am intolerant of exercise. I am an athlete and am finding it increasing hard to practice
I have a few other minor symptoms but these 3 are the most prominent. I was thinking perhaps an endocrine issue? I was wondering what others thought.
