How I can Gain Wait

Hi
I am 25 years old and have 2 year old kid.My problem is my weight. My height is 165cm and my weight is only 41kg only, but in my childhood my weight was perfect. I tried to increase the weight by having lots of foods and all.
I have a problem of white discharge. Is the loss is because of that? Is there any way to increase the weight easily?
please help

At the height you are, you're very underweight. (5'4", 90 pounds) What kinds of foods are you eating, how many times a day do you eat, and what's your exercise like.

I'm 5'2" and weighed 90 pounds as well, and have been working hard to gain weight. So far I've been able to put on 14 pounds, and am almost at my goal of 110.

I would make an appointment with your Doc first of all, if your weight used to be ok then it could be that you have developed something like an over active thyroid. It could be nothing, our weight does change over the years but I think you ought to have some blood tests just to rule out things like diabetes etc.
I don't know whether the discharge is related or not.
If there is nothing causing your low weight then your doctor can point you in the right direction, a nutritionalist would be a good idea, you don't want to put weight on too quickly!
Hopefully you are just one of those lucky people who can eat what you want LOL.
