How Often Do You Fake an Orgasm?

Although many wont admit it, the majority of women have faked an orgasm. Many women fake orgasms from time to time, even most of the time. Many women fake it all the time and have never had a real orgasm.
Nobody tells us to do this… we don't really talk about it or even admit it… why it happens must be somewhat instinctual…
