How can I heal torn tissue fast?

I have a torn tissue in the area between my vagina and anus. I got it from itching in that area from a previous yest infection. How can I heal it fast? I've been putting V-magic on it after washes. But how can I heal it completely?

There was a study done on torn tissue with rabbits some years ago. Essentially a razor cut was made and the time to heal was recorded. It was found that high doses of vitamin C significantly reduced the time to wound closure.

Try table sugar, seriously.  Not on the inside.  Outside only.  Sugar helps new healthy cells go grow, and can cut your heal-time in half.

I would put some vasiline or something close to that. That's what I was told to do after I gave birth to both my boys and I had stitches there. It pulls infection out if it is present and helps you skin stay moisturized plus it keeps urine off of it as well because it is greasy.
