How common is it to get boils and fevers

by punk_rock1O1, Mar 11, 2009 03:44AM
For the last few months I've been getting like low grade fevers right before and during my menstrual cycle 99.5 F-100F and feel really sick. But the last few years I get boils right after my menstrual cycle right on my thigh. Is it normal or should I alert the doctor about this.

I don't know about the fever thing, but the boils have to do with your diet. A lot of times when you have sugar in your diet, its hard to keep them from coming back. A doctor said that I have a "cystic system"- or my body is just a breeding ground for that specific type of infection. I've found relief by changing my diet and incorporating "echinacea" which helps support healthy immune function and wards off any possibility of cysts or boils growing. Since I've been taking echinacea, I've not had any more of those painful bumps! I hope this has been helpful.
