How do I skip a period, whilst not on the pill?
After organising my first international trip on 20th October for 1 week, on 16th of Sept I started spotting, and by 19th of this month I got my periods (enraged as I usually get my periods around 7-8th of each month and had planned my trip around it as I didnt want to be changing on the plane)
Would anybody know of a surefire way(other than getting pregnant) I would be able to skip a period (I am not on the pill currently)?

All of your help would be soooo appreciated.
Thanks

Being on the pill is the only way to skip.  You can't otherwise.  Sorry!
