How early should someone feel PMS symptoms?

Okay, if you look at my tracker I've been having breast tenderness since cd... 31 I think.  No, I'm not due yet for my period until cd 42.  Thats 11 days before I start bleeding!  The last time I had intercourse was on July 24th, cycle day 18 in my last cycle.  Of course this sets me thinking that this must be PMS related.  There's no way I could have luteal phase so long that I could have gotten pregnant then (20-24 days by my estimate), AND have a 'mostly normal' period, AND not feel noticeable symptoms until I would be 10 weeks along... right?

This is just so weird for me.  Its a new symptom, starting waaay earlier than my PMS symptoms normally start and otherwise not feeling any other telltale 'impeding period' warning signs.  I'd love to be pregnant right now but it would be the most shocking discovery of my life, lol.
