How to know if you're Estrogen dominant or deficient?

First off, please don't tell me to see a doctor.  I can't right now.  I want to treat with vitamins and herbs anyway.  I'm  pretty sure I'm either estrogen dominant or deficient, but I can't be sure which.  It seems that I have most of the symptoms for both, and not just the ones they have in common.  I'm obviously leaning toward dominant because it's much more likely being 27 years old.  Please, if anyone is knowledgeable in this subject, reply and I will tell you all my symptoms.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Symptoms of estrogen deficiency are hot flushes, fatigue, headache, night sweats, vaginal infections, incontinence, anxiety and stress. Symptoms of esterogen excess are weight gain, irregular menstrual periods, which can be excess bleeding or light bleeding, and an increase in the strength of pre-menstrual symptoms and anxiety. Confirmation can only be done after getting the estrogen levels checked.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
