Hpv or just irritated skin?

have Been having chronic yeast Infections for the past year. 2 months ago I got an UTI and after I took cipro two weeks later I got these flesh colored bumps on the side of my vulva that aren’t painful and do not itch. Just annoying to feel it there and very insecure about it...they look like skin tags but not sure. Have had one sex partner consistently in the past 5 months but he has no symptoms anywhere. Is it irritation from the infections and uti? Or hpv bumps? It doesn’t look like herpes to me...how Can I get rid of them?

My guess is they are just raised hair follicles.  I would not worry about them.  No guy will notice (or care)  if you are sexually active. good luck
