Hypechoic Mass

I am scheduled for a hysterectomy in three weeks.  My ultra-sound report mentions a 4 cm hypoechoic mass.  I'm wondering what this is.

I found the old forum you were looking forward in the Ovarian Cancer forum through google. Did the Dr. mention if the mass had a blood supply? I googled it & there is much info about your issue. Good luck!
