I always get blood while I'm having sex

Hey guys
when I'm having sex and my boyfriend put his fingers inside me I bleed.
I don't know what it is.
and sometimes I'm fine
even his penis get inside and I don't get any bleeding

his nails might be rubbing against the inner walls making it bleed..fingers are a lot sharper then the penis..
