I am having very painful menstrual-like cramps that won't go away!

I had a UTI about a month and a half ago, and now I'm having horrible cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. I'm not even due to start my period until the first week of February. The only thing that has been happening with these cramps is a little bit of pink discharge. I have no idea what's wrong with me, and I'm a little worried...Can anyone tell me what this is? I have no idea what to do.
