I am so fed up

I have been seeing my Doc for  3 months, bright red blood  seemed to be from my back passage . I toddled of with some anusol
The pain still remained  So Of I went back to the doctors again. This time there were some paper cuts on my perineum near to my vagina and a new Doc said it was a yeast infection.  A little tiny hole in the skin with three paper cuts. He gave me some  miconazoie nitrate 2% hydrocortisone pher 1%. Of I went, trying to keep my morale up and not to worry.. I used the cream for 8 days felt and saw a significant healing to the little open cut hole and the three paper cuts.
HOWEVER, totally depressed with the ache still around my  perinium I returned to ask why it 'felt like A finger was stuck up my bum. The Doctor put a light around the area and examined me saying that the cuts looked like they were healing. So I continued to ask him what was the pain, he delved a little further  and said you have a small hemroid too. Ahhhh Confirmation at last.... So cuts healing and hemroid sorted.. Because I could not use both the anusol and the miconazoie nitrate hydrocortisone pher 1% I stopped using it and began the anusol cream.Now to the crunch - and my morale drop.I sat on the loo this evening and felt a tear like feeling to see bright red blood..More than usual..The bleeding has stemmed and a little sore right now and I have washed it in yarrow. I asked my husband to have a look and he told me the little cut/hole was back.I have begun to use the Daktacort cream again.. Oh am so fed up this has been going on for months.  Any one else experienced this doom

I would keep seeing a new doctor, I think u shouldnt go through all of this...

Hi there, dont worry... I went through a similar experience. I kept having this bright red blood coming from my bum. I was terrified of course feering the worst. I finally went to the Dr. and she said it was due to hemmoriods, occuring from constipation. The bleeding was from little cuts around the anus called fishers. I was later schedualed for surgery to remove my "cluster" of hemmies. I chicken out at the last minute,and didnt show up for surgery. I was 19 and the thought of someone cutting my but apart didnt sound that appealing LOL. They eventually went away, after increasing my fiber intake and drinking lots of water. Basically, I guess the theory is the more constipated you are the harder your bowel movements will be. Of course the harder they are the better chance it will tear you when coming out. Not glamorous, but a part of life. I've battled with constipation all my life. So, my husband always makes the joke that "I am really full of __it" I guess it's true! LOL! Well anyway, I hope this helps a little. Good Luck!

Hey thanks for the post.. I just fed up of the re-occurance.. Yes I did stray from my diet a little for two days....

I am more concerened about the tear ripping, even when I don't have a BM.. Its like when I sit on the toilet with my legs to far apart its like a sting..and then aw god blyme

The little whole/cut is between my anus and vagina and can feel like glass coming through just if I touch it.. Ouch

I am sorry to hear you had similar problems.. AND I hope you are feeling better now.. May I ask how long it took? and what you used to heal. I have been using a yarrow wash and now back on thehydro cream for a week see if that helps

Hi there, This was 7 years ago. It's usually managable unless I get pregnant. Then all bets are off! The constipation is just to much. Also, if I get sick and have more bm's then usaully, I will get a hemmeriod. I do understand how frustrating it can be! I dont remember using anything special. Though, I can ask my husband if he remembers anything. I know I used ALOT of preperation x, and tucks. Tucks were very soothing to the hemerriods. I am sorry, I wish I could help you more.
