When you have a double uterus, although they are both obeying the same hormonal signals, there can be a little bit of delay when the period sloughs off. I have a heart-shaped uterus, and my periods were always a couple of days and then a pause in the middle for about a half day and then a couple more days. I always thought it might mean that one half of the uterus let its lining go and then the other half did. As for the constancy of the bleeding, the hormone dose in the pill you're on might be too low, you might need to be on a different pill. Breakthrough bleeding (uterine didelphys or not) indicates the hormone load is not strong enough. It also indicates you aren't protected from pregnancy, so use condoms this month. See your doc.
