MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
You can wait for a few days and confirm that your periods have been definitely missed. For further confirmation of pregnancy you can take blood test for beta HCG or get an ultrasound scan done. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
Hope this helps.
