Hi,

Itchiness around the vagina or vulva can be caused by various issues, such as: an infection, an allergic reaction to chemicals or fabric that cause an irritation, STD's, etc... If the itching becomes persistent or unbearable make an appointment for a pelvic exam with your doctor. You should also see a doctor if you notice a change in your discharge like a foul odor; a change in color; excessive amounts of discharge or fluid, and any pain or burning sensations. Meanwhile, try wearing cotton underwear and steer clear of scented soaps, body wash, latex condoms, and douching to see if it makes any difference...
Good Luck
