I have been experiencing redness and itchyness inside my vagina

My vagina has been red and Itching like hell. It's annoying:< I also found a strange red bump on my clitoris and it hurts when I touch it :( it would be great if someone could identify what the cause Of it is :)

Redness and itching can be due to allergies or fungal infection. The bump can be due to boil or due to herpes sores. Diagnosis can be confirmed only after pelvic examination and swab samples of the discharge and cervix swabs. Treatment depends on the same. So please consult a gynecologist and get yourself evaluated.

Thanks and I think it may be thrush and all the redness might be from scratching O.o

You should see a dr. It could be anything from an allergic reaction to an STD, without a dr's exam, you can't know for sure.
