I need doctor info, but that forum is full

This is the only thing i can find to post this in, even though i have been tested for all VD's and came out just fine.

I have edema going through my body from feet, to thighs, calves, arms, wrists, fingers etc.  It is "not" rhuematoid arthritis or any other type, no muscular disorders etc.  I have been tested for just about everything that exists.

What I need to know is if there is any kind of hormonal thing that can cause this.

In the past almost 3 years i have been almost bed ridden at times.  I had 3 perfect pain free days when i got my deprovera shot, but it all came right back.

My doctors are at an end and don't know what to do, I need help.  I was tested for estrogen and they said it was fine, no pre mentalpause :)

Thanks for your help.

I have been put on water pills etc., lowered my salt intake etc. with no change.  THe only thing that works is prednisone on getting the edema out.

Dietary sodium is a classic contributor to edema.  Has all of that kind of thing been tested and ruled out?
