If you normally have regular periods, have had unprotected intercourse and now you are 58 days late, and given your symptoms, the high probability is that you are pregnant.

To be a 100% certain, you do need a pregnancy test done.  You can purchase a home pregnancy test kit, but you must following the instructions carefully to get the correct reading.

The other alternative, is to book an appointment to see your doctor to do the pregnancy tests.

You do not say what type of illness you have had.  Some illnesses can stop periods or they may become erratic.

The only way to find out is to do the pregnancy test or see your doctor.

Let us know how you get on.

Best wishes.

Sounds like you are pregnant. Did you have sex without protection?
