I started getting these sharp needle pains in my forearm is it a blood clot

I've started a few days ago getting these needle pains in my arm I'm 26 and a smoker for 16 yrs I never had a blood clot before and I don't know if this is one does anyone know what a blood clot feels like or if I have one?
