I used vaseline to lubricate

I had used vaseline to lubricate during sex and now I had a lot of pain, tear inside me, and I am also bleeding when I peed and the pain is soo unberable.

Please help me do I need to go see my OBYN since they laid me off I don't health insurance I really don't know what to do I don't have money.

Help me...
