I AM 24 YEARS OLD AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD NORMALNormal saline flush PERIODS. THAT IS UNTIL THE PAST 4 MONTHS. I MISSED MY PERIOD 3 MONTHS IN A ROW AND TOOK NUMEROUS HPT ALL NEG. THEN ON MAY 24TH I STARTED BROWNISH SPOTTINGVaginal bleeding between periods FOR A FEW DAYS THEN HAD MY NORMALNormal saline flush FLOW FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS ONE DAY AND EVER SINCE THEN (20+ DAYS LATER) I AM STILL HAVING A LIGHT FLOW. I ALSO HAVE PANICPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia ATTACKS WHICH I TAKE PAXILPaxil Paxil cr FOR BUT HAVE BEEN TAKING IT ON AND OFF FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS COULD MY ANXIETY BE THE CAUSE FOR ALL OF THIS?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME???
First of all, you should try to relax. Stress is the cause of so many health problems. It's a killer.
Have you tried accupuncture, massage, yoga???? You should try it.
In regard to your unusual periods, I would talk to your obgyn. Perhaps they will put you on a low dosage of birth controlControl Control rx to try to regulate your periods. They may take blood tests too to make sure your hormonally balanced. Sometimes if we are not "right" hormonally, it causes us to feel unbalanced in other ways, stressed, and sometimes depressed. Definitely try to get an appoinment.
