Well, depends how long you had the IUD in for. THey say not to have sex for 6 weeks after it's inserted because it needs to have time to take its effect..
But assuming you've had it for a while, I say 'good to go'

It's also a good combo if you are not monogamous; the IUD keeps you from pregnancy and the condoms keep you from STDs.
Virtually zero. The iud is the most effective form of birth control and adding a condom just makes it that much safer.

I have never heard of anyone getting pg while using both methods together. Chances of conception through an IUD are lower than with tubals and vasectomies. While they can happen, it is rare. Rarer still if you are using a condom as well.
