If I take a bath in vinegar, rosewater, and lemon juice can it hurt me?

I went to my aunts house a while ago, and we had some kind of spa night. she put a mix of vinegar, rosewater and lemon juice together and rubbed all over my back. it's a cleanser she told me and it really worked!!! i want to take a bath in it. and she said i can, but will it hurt my soft parts at all? like my vaginal area, anal and breasts.
