Im irritated!

So, this whole mess started with reoccurring yeast infections that were diagnosed and all, that went away when my period came, i also took flucanozole* for it. Came back something different. Excuse the disgust; uncontrollable itching, pain at the entrance of my vagina and lips, like a burning (during and after intercourse), a raw feeling, a foul rotten-like odor, and a lot of white or yellow creamy+chunky discharge are my symptoms. My health insurance has expired and I am jobless with no money or support, but i did go to a free clinic. They screened for trich, yeast, chlamydia and gonorrhea, and vaginosis (whatever they could see under the microscope.) I was told i had bacterial vaginosis. They gave   me an antibiotic Metronidazole*? which i took for a week without any sexual anything. I was doing better, then i started my period, then it came back. So here i am, i dont have money to figure out what is the matter, im hoping that this can help in some way by getting feedback. I dont want this to interfere with my life and my relationship anymore. I was reading something about vulvadynia, and i was thinking that sounded familiar and would make sense, seeing as it is not commonly a diagnosis. Any input?

The only thing I can think of is that antibiotics can cause thrush and I usually take diflucan after my last antibiotic to prevent thrush. could the antibiotics you were given have caused it to come back? One other thing is that if you are having sex with the same partner and they have not been treated for thrush it will just keep getting passed between you both.
Sorry I couldnt be of more help. good luck with it.
