I would wait another week and then take a test again if your period doesn't show.  It's most likely just late though.  Try not to worry.  Glad you always use protection hon as that is really important.  good luck!

We always use protection.. The thing is the condom riped this time, but we don't know if it riped during or after.

I took a test already and it came out negative... Is it too soon to tell? We had sexual intercourse the 13th of this month and I expected my period 3 says after that which is on the 16th

Hi there.  Welcome.  Well, any time you have unprotected sex you are risking pregnancy.  Once a woman has ovulated, unless it is that one in a million time that a woman ovulates twice, you can't get pregnant.  But the problem is, we can't always predict exactly when we'll ovulate.  most do so on a schedule/routine pattern but not always and we don't know when our hormones will cause us to ovulate late.

The odds are that you aren't pregnant and your period is just late but give it a week or so and if it still does not show. take a test.  good luck
