Cramping does seem to be one of the main complaints about femara, but you should definitely discuss this with your doctor. We all experience pain differently and he/she should know that you feel these cramps are "really bad." I understand it's also quite expensive, so maybe there is another less expensive drug that does not have this particular side effect. Are you in a support group that you could bounce questions like this around? Perhaps your doctor knows of one. Do speak to him/her to put your mind at peace.........stress does not help!
I wish you the best
