Im on the pill and my periods wont stop!

I went on the Cerazette birth control pill about 3 weeks ago, and 10 days ago i started my period, and it wont stop. It's heavier than usual, and normally, they only last 5 days. I'm scared, will it ever stop? If not, what can i do?
Thank You.

go back to the doctor it is not the pill for you. Had same thing happen to me. They will simply change it and what a difference a pill makes. good luck

In order to have piece of mind you should call your doctor's office. Once you start your new pack of pills the estrogen will stop the bleeding. If you're still bleeding, your doc may give you a little more estrogen to stop bleedin/spotting. In general, it takes about 3 months for your body to adjust to a new bc pill.

I'm sure it will stop eventually. I once had to switch my pill to a different brand because mine was not working properly for me anymore. I had been bleeding (not heavy the whole time) for 18 days straight! Make sure you talk to your doctor.
