I'm really scared about my mother please help me

I am really sorry if this is long but please read it all because i need your help. i absolutely do not know what is happening to my mom but please help me try and find what's wrong. I am only 13 years old so i apologize if i don't understand some things. So my mom sometimes has her ears ring? like she hears this ringing sound which is loud and when it rings it's hard for her to hear and most of the times it's followed by her being dizzy and she can't stand when this happens so she needs to sit down. This sometimes happens after she takes a shower and rarely during her showers. When she lies down she sometimes get dizzy. If it helps she is 51 years old. She did go to the doctors but the doctor didn't really help much since he didn't know what was wrong. I'm not sure if she has low blood pressure or high blood pressure but i remember her mentioning to me that she has low red blood cells and more white cells. Please help me. I'm really scared. Thanks in advance and also thanks if you read this far.

I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this at the young age of 13.  You say that her white blood count is high then it could be an infection that is causing the ringing and dizziness.  Maybe she needs antibiotics....I think that she needs to get back in to see her doctor for more testing...she needs answers and so do you!!!  I hope that her doctor is doing more tests so you all get some peace of mind.  It's not fair to leave there and just have them say we don't know what's wrong...good luck!!!

Hi, the blood cells you mentioned at the end suggest some kind of infection I think.
You could do an internet search on google typing in " Meniere's Disease " I believe that is what your Mum is suffering with, the ringing in her ears is called tinnitus and there is lots of information on the internet about both things.
I think your Mum should see a different doctor as this can be a debilitating illness and she could have a serious accident while she is dizzy.
Unfortunately there is no cure ( if it is Meniere's disease, I am not a doctor remember ) but it can be treated with medication to help relieve the symptoms.
It could be an ear infection that has triggered this off, it would make sense with the high white cell count.
I hope this helps a little, but your Mum really needs to see a different doctor, this can be treated.
