Impact of Abstinence on health

I am 30 and have PCOS.

My husband is impotent and refuses to have sex. I cannot make any strong decisions at this time.

Does not having sex impact health ?
If so, what are the various ways to avoid any health issues.

The other poster does have a point.

However, part of being married is being able to share that experience with your spouse. So, although it may not have a specific  impact on your physical health, it can, and usually does, have an impact on your emotional and mental health.

One of the things married couples should want to do together, you aren't. That is going to effect you. And it may only be emotional or mental for now, but eventually that could have a negative effect on your health.

It may not have an impact on your PCOS, but it may in other areas. Maybe its time for you both to see a Dr for the issues.

I'm sorry...

If you need release, you can always masturbate to find it since your husband is unable to get it up and refuses to help you.  It can help with mood, but that's about it.

There is no negative health impact due to no sex.  Otherwise, wouldn't teens and children have problems?
