Impending miscarriage but no bleeding

On monday I found out I was pregnant but my Hcg levels were a little low. On wednesday I was told my Hcg levels were too low and I would miscarry within the next 1-7 days. Today is Saturday and I have had some pain and cramping for the last two days but no bleeding at all. For the most part I feel fine, like nothing is wrong. How long before I might start actually bleeding? I really just want to get this over with so I can move on.

Have you had an ultrsound yet? I would request one to see what's going on with the pregnancy. There is no way to know hopw soon the m/c will occur. I bled for over two weeks, and still did not have a m/c so I had to have a d&c. This might be a good option for you if the pregnancy is definitely unviable. I am sorry you are going through this...definitely no fun!

I was only 12 days past embryo transfer from IVF when I found out so it was too soon for an ultrasound. I guess I will have to call the nurse on monday.
