Implantation bleeding?

well i just had a question regarding this spotting thats been going on for the past two days... I normally start my period at the beginning of each month but on the 27th of this month, i began spotting light pink discharge that hasnt gotten any heavier like my periods normally do within a day. In fact,  only notice it when i wipe. I dont really feel like i normally do when starting my period, although i do feel some lower back pain but no real cramping. could I be pregnant? or is there any other explanation that could go along with the spotting for days. I guess i could just ride it out until maybe the 3rd of next month and then test but has anyone else experienced something similar? Thanks for any help!

It could be implantation bleeding. I think the best thing to do is wait until your period is due, and if no AF, take a test. Good luck!

still no sign of a real period! how long will it take if it is implantation for me to stop spotting? UGH why do women's bodies have to be so confusing?
