Increased sexual partners, but why can't I get wet?

I am an 18 year old female. About a year ago I became more sexually active than ever. I've slept with about 13 people in the past 8 months. Back around the 8th partner or so, I realized that I have trouble getting wet or staying wet during sexual intercourse. It's very embarrassing and I can't figure out why it's happening. Even if I'm horny, it just doesn't get/stay wet. Any ideas why?

By the way, it didn't use to be like this until I became more sexually active w/ more partners. And I do partake in foreplay and it still doesn't seem to help. Sometimes I do get wet, but lose it halfway through intercourse. Lube seems a bit embarrassing though.

What kind of products? Like pills or something?

you can apply some right before you think Sex.Int. is going to happen. Or you can go to your local walgreens and go to the isle of condoms, pregnancy test etc. and right where the lube section is, i believe their are products that can help with that problem besides lube.

A lot of the time, everything happens so fast, like kissing turns into more, and then things just start, and there wouldn't be time to use lube.

If you have a problem with staying wet, and you are two embarassed to announce that you are using lube. Maybe you could have your lube at your access and take a break and use it without your partner knowing. Just an idea
