Ingrown hair! jock itch! HIV!? what is this?

I'm 15 years old. Yes I have had sex, it been like two months since my last sexual relationship. I do shave but its been like a months.. I play basketball and I usually find myself wanting to itch down there. I have took the shots to prevent HIV or STDs (Gardasil)
And today I found a redish looking pimple on my crotch area. Not on my viginal lips or area. Its on the top were women usually shave. Where the hair usually is. It doesn't itch or hurt unless I touch it. When I touch it , it feels irritated! I don't know what it is and I'm getting scared.. I don't know what else to say. Its really big and I can feel it when I run my fingers across my shorts. Someone please help!! It could be lack of personal hygiene because I usually down wash down there.

First...Sex at your age!!!!! Second do not panic...it is probably just an ingrown hair.  Thrid  It is not a shot to prevent HIV...it is for the virus that causes cervical cancer in women (HPV).  Which I had...only slept with one person in my whole life and now I have just finished radiation as I had stage one cancer.  Get control of you hormones as this should be a lesson.
