Insomnia

by sdp4314, Dec 03, 2006 12:00AM
I posted recently about having trouble with insomnia and I think I've found my cure.  Progesterone cream!  It has made huge difference in three days and my lingering headaches have subsided as well.

Please feel free to use this as an open forum.

Yay!!! You can finally sleep!!!  Hopefully PB & J tries it too, huh??  ;-)  I'm back on for a bit - 'till my computer doesn't want to connect to the internet again.  By the way...you have mail!!

Thank you!  I just got it.

I'm supposed to be cleaning house, and I keep taking breaks...LOL  My fiance is upset with me because I'm cleaning my house and interviewing a cleaning lady tomorrow.  I told him that I want her to see what I want it to look like at all times...LOL  She probably won't start 'til the end of the week anyway.

I hope your computer gets better/fixed!

2_sweet says hello and wondered how you were feeling.  She also asked if you've gotten any sleep yet.  Maybe I should send you what worked for me.

That sounds great, but I'm hesitant to use hormones unless prescribed by a doctor.  I'm sleeping better now that I'm back on night shift.

Glad it's working for you, though!

My gyn did, it's just that my insurance wouldn't cover maintenance drugs??? So, I researched and got them from a biodentical place.  I guess my health plan rather pay for sleeping pills and countless trips to the doctor than for a once a month tube of cream!  Makes me mad that I pay $400 a month and still have to fork out dough!  LOL

$400 a month??????????????????  And you still have to pay for that???????????

Dang.  That's bad!

Glad it works, though.
