Intense dizziness

Hi ladies...
Still no AF...I was due March 6...and it never came.
I have since had my hormones tested as well as thyroid.
I have had several hpt's all neg...and a blood test...read under 5.
I was really sick on and off for the last month or so....getting better over the last week.
Nausea...dizziness really tired....
All which have virtually disappeared over the last week.
But today...it is ..i'd say 10 times worse.
I have had severe dizzy spells....almost to the piont where I could faint.
My nausea has increased 10 fold...almost wanting to induce vomitting....just to end it.
I have no idea what is wrong with me.
If everything that it could be...ie..hormones thyroid..not pregnant....what could it be????
I'm sure blood tests are 100%.....
anyone have this happen to them b4??????
It seems never ending.

Dizziness and nausea could be caused by low blood pressure, or diabetes.  My mother had the same symptoms before she was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.  After her diagnoses it all kind of made sense. Especially the intense abdominal pain after having shared a large sprite with me at a movie.

If your doctor did blood tests chances are he would know to include diabetes, especially with your symptoms.  I would ask just to be sure...You can't be too careful.  And get your blood pressure taken as well...Very low blood pressure can be as serious as high blood pressure.

No I haven't had a my blood pressure tested for about 2 months or so...when I had my last physical.
I don't think my dr. checked for diabetes...although he did do a slew of blood work.

This may be a silly question because it's so routine, but did you have your blood pressure tested?

and/or, have you had the proper tests corresponding to diabetes?

I did have my right ear checked as it was bothering me a while back.
But dr. said it was fine...
I was trying to blame the dizziness and nausea on that but....my ear has been fine for a while now.
The nausea and dizziness....started weeks before my ear prob.....now my ear is fine but all other symptoms remain...
Does your husbands problem come and go...sometimes a few times a day...sometimes all day and sometimes even for a day or so everything is fine...only for it to come back again????
What is the cause??? Did the dr. tell him what causes it?
Thanx
