Hi there, I looked up Dostinex but couldn't find any info related to your complaint. So, I really don't have an answer with regards to the med. However, inverted nipples tend to worsen as the breast grows, with age or weight gain and engorgement. Some pregnant women actually complain that it was only on one nipple until later in pregnancy, then both became inverted. I hope this helps a little.
