Irregular Periods

My periods are extremely irregular sometimes i'll have a period every month for a year and sometimes i'll skip months throught the years, and because of this it always makes me paranoid about pregnancy (I AM NOT PREGNANT) what can i do to get my periods on a regular schedule?

Also can anyone teel me what it means when you have missed a month period (again i  am not pregnant) and when you have extremely irregular periods what is wrong with the body and how can it be corrected? ( and sometimes i'll have cramping but no period and will skip that month all together but will then come on my period for the nest two or three months, very confusing? I KNOW)

you can still have pcos and not have all those symptoms. There is not always an answer. I did nt have a period for 2 years and had to do IVF for my son. You probably need to see a reproductive endocrinologist to test if there is anything wrong with your hormone levels.
