Irregular vaginal discharge with odor

Hello.
So I recently lost my virginity, I went to the student health clinic at my college just to have a routine STD check and was diagnosed and treated for chlamydia with a shot and antibiotics. I didnt have symptoms other than a smelly discharge, it doesn't really smell fishy to me it just smells bad. So I still have this discharge. It's a little runnier than normal and it smells bad. My questions is, is it possible that I still have chlamydia and it just didn't go away? The discharge is white on my finger and kind of milky. When it gets on toilet paper it had almost a neon green/yellow color under light but still kinda clear. I thought maybe it was bacterial vaginosis and I heard that could be treated by inserting vitamin c into the vagina so when I do that the odor goes away completely, but I want my discharge to be permanently back to normal, I don't want to keep having to do the vitamin c. (Just thought it was interesting that the vitamin c gets rid of the odor) And I won't be able to go to the doctor for another month so I'm just trying to get some answers. And obviously if it's chlamydia I want to get treated again so I don't lose fertility. Thanks!
