Is it normal to spot during ovulation?

For the past two months I have noticed that I spot during ovulation.  Just a little tiny smidge of blood.  Is this normal?

It could be coming from an irritated vaginal lining or cervix.
Are you BD alot?

yes it is.  could be a cyst rupturing
